Once you have placed an online sell order, you will be sent a link to create a Free Royal Mail label to print at home and send your phone to us with. Make sure to package it securely!

Take your well-packaged device to your local post office within 14 days and pop it in the mail to us. We will receive it within 48 hours.

Once we receive your device, we check your device using Phonecheck, which is the industry standard used device certification software, which has a 40-point check, to make sure all is correct. We'll make payment on the same day of receipt. You smile, we smile.
